Update: Wednesday 27 October 2021

Dear Members,

Like everybody in the State of Victoria, Moe RSL Sub-Branch Inc. Management and Staff are happy to see the end of the latest COVID lockdown and a return to normality for us all.

Whilst some restrictions were eased last week, this Friday 29 October 2021 will see a greater easing which will enable Moe RSL to fully re-open its doors and welcome back our members and guests to enjoy the many facilities and services that we have to offer.

An important change that we will have to adhere to, however, is that all patrons, members and their guests, must be fully vaccinated and be able to provide evidence to support this each time you visit the Club. This is a legal requirement imposed on the hospitality industry by the Victorian State Government and the financial penalties for failing to comply will be very significant.

We respectably request that all members wanting to enter the Club to be fully aware of this requirement and to respect the staff of the Moe RSL Club who will be charged with the responsibility of performing the appropriate checks on all patrons wishing to enter. This will apply to all areas of the Club, be it gaming, bistro, members area, shows and functions.

After such a long shutdown, our staff, who must also be fully vaccinated, are excited and eager to welcome you all back as we begin the countdown to Christmas.

Club Management and Staff look forward to seeing you all in the very near future as we slowly adjust back to our pre covid life. This has probably been the greatest challenge that many of us have faced in our lives, but we can all be proud to have been able to come through it together.

It has certainly been a tough time for the viability of the Club and for our loyal staff who have stuck with us, but now, at least we now have a way forward.

WE are taking bookings for functions which we may be able to organise in the lead up to Christmas but for now, please stay safe and continue to enjoy everything our great Club has to offer.

General Manager
